Qualifications

- At least 1 year sales experience
- Ability to sit/stand for 6-8 hours a day

Skills/Experience

- Strong interpersonal oral and written communication skills
- Self-motivated with strong customer service skills
- Demonstrated PC skills including Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to use database marketing

Education

- High School Diploma or equivalent

Duties:

- Originate high quality leads (mostly phone prospecting)
- Assist Loan Officers with loan applications
- Communicate with all parties regarding loan status and participate in weekly pipeline reports
- Aid in the development of customer database in order to support new marketing opportunities
- Develop loan coordination skills while on the job

Compensation

- Base Pay + Commission. You will have the opportunity to create a significant amount of income. Many of our employees earn incomes well in excess of what they have earned in their past positions.
