Qualifications

- Must have an Active MD Originator License - At least 1 year sales experience and mortgage industry experience

Skills/Experience

- Strong interpersonal oral and written communication skills
- Self-motivated with strong customer service skills

Preferred Skills

- Past experience originating reverse mortgages
- Past experience with senior-focused products or services
- Demonstrated PC skills including Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to use database marketing

Education

- High School Diploma or equivalent

Duties:

- Originate high quality loans

Compensation

-Draw against commissions. You will have the opportunity to create a significant amount of income. Many of our employees earn incomes well in excess of what they have earned in their past positions, even during the subprime days.
